Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address or provide instructions for self-shipping if the service is unavailable in your area.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
